1. Account Registration & Responsibilities Volant Foundry

To participate fully in the Volant Foundry community across any platform, you must create an account with accurate and current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

3. Community Conduct Volant Poetry

• Treat all members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
• Provide constructive feedback. Encourage fellow creators rather than diminishing their work.
• Do not manipulate engagement metrics including likes, comments, or poem rankings through artificial means.
• Report violations to the Volant Foundry team rather than engaging in conflict.

4. Poetry Submission Guidelines Volant Poetry

Volant Poetry celebrates original human creativity. All submitted work must adhere to the following standards:

• All poems must be your original work. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden.
• AI generated content is not permitted. We celebrate authentic human expression.
• You retain full ownership of your poems. By submitting, you grant Volant Foundry a non-exclusive license to display your work on the platform.
• You may publish your poems elsewhere on other websites, in print, or in anthologies.
• Content that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful is prohibited and will be removed.

5. Platform Use & Intellectual Property All Platforms

• The Volant Foundry name, logo, and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
• Automated scripts, bots, or any activity that disrupts platform performance is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, with or without notice.
• Volant Foundry is not responsible for the content of user submitted poems, lyrics, books, comments, or project requests.

6. Publishing & Sales Guidelines Volant Reads

Volant Reads is a literary marketplace that empowers independent authors by providing a platform to sell their works while retaining ownership and receiving the majority of sales revenue. The following terms apply to all authors and readers using the Volant Reads platform:

• Authors who publish through Volant Reads receive 90% of net revenue from sales of their works. Net revenue is calculated after payment processing fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Payouts are issued monthly to authors based on sales recorded during each monthly period.
• Authors retain full ownership and copyright of their works. Volant Reads is granted permission to display and sell the works.
• Users may not redistribute purchased ebooks — digital books are for personal use only.
• Volant Reads may remove content that violates its policies, including but not limited to plagiarized, harmful, or prohibited material.
• By using Volant Reads, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

7. Lyrics Marketplace Guidelines Volant Lyrics

Volant Lyrics is a marketplace for original song lyrics. Songwriters set their own prices and sell their work to artists, producers, and music lovers while retaining full ownership of their creative output. The following terms apply to all songwriters and buyers using the Volant Lyrics platform from the date the marketplace opens for transactions:

Pre-launch status. Volant Lyrics is currently viewable but not open for transactions. No purchases can be made and no payouts are processed until payment processing is enabled. Nothing on the platform is for sale at this time, and the pricing, sale and payout arrangements set out below take effect only once payments are live.

• Songwriters set the price for their lyrics and are paid for each sale at the price they set, once payments are enabled.
• Songwriters retain full ownership and copyright of their lyrics. Volant Lyrics is granted permission to display and sell the work on the platform.
• Purchased lyrics are for personal use only. Buyers may not republish, resell, or redistribute lyrics acquired on Volant Lyrics.
• All lyrics must be original work. Plagiarized or infringing content will be removed from the marketplace.
• Payouts for lyric sales are processed through the songwriter's configured payout account on the platform. No payouts are processed before payment processing is enabled.
• By using Volant Lyrics, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Personal Use License. When you buy lyrics on Volant Lyrics, you receive a personal-use license — not the copyright. That means you may perform, record, and release the song (live performances, studio recordings, social media covers, and streaming services) and keep your streaming and performance revenue. You may not claim authorship, resell or repost the raw lyrics for free, or use them in commercials (ads, TV, or film) without a separate synchronization license.

8. Web Development Services Volant Codes

Volant Codes is the professional web development arm of Volant Foundry. The following terms apply to all clients requesting development services:

• All projects begin with a consultation to understand your vision, scope, and requirements.
• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on all projects. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery.
• Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope changes, feedback, or unforeseen technical challenges.
• You retain full ownership of the final delivered code, website, or platform, unless otherwise agreed.
• Volant Codes may use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and standards.
• Projects are billed at the agreed rate. Additional features or changes beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
• Revisions are included as per the agreed package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
• Volant Codes is not responsible for third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration, or third-party software licenses unless explicitly included in the project scope.

9. Violations & Enforcement Volant Foundry

• First time violations typically result in a warning and content removal.
• Repeated violations, duplicate accounts, or severe offenses including harassment and plagiarism will lead to immediate account termination without prior notice.
• Banned users may not create new accounts to circumvent enforcement.
• We reserve the right to suspend access to any user at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability All Platforms

Volant Foundry and its platforms are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or disputes between users.

11. Changes to These Terms All Platforms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Continued use of Volant Foundry platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or platform notification.
